Warranty & Returns
Back Road Products will warranty the original purchaser that the products purchased will be free from defects in material & workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required on all warranty claims. This warranty does not cover products that have been modified or installed incorrectly in anyway. This warranty does not cover damage or impairment in any part due to misuse, improper installation, improper care & cleaning, damage from any accident or contact with on or off road objects.
Back Road Products will not be responsible for incidental charges including, but not limited to removal, installation, custom finish, the expense of being without the vehicle during inspection, replacement/repair period, transportation, & shipping of the product to & from. Back Road Products is also not responsible for the extra wear & tear caused to the purchaser’s vehicle & suspension from the application of our products.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection & approval by Back Road Products. All warranty claims must be run through the authorized Back Road Products distributor that originally sold the product.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check your local laws prior to purchase to ensure that these products are in compliance with all safety regulations.
-Returns:
Back Road Products will accept returns in their original unopened condition within 30 days of purchase with an approved RMA #. RMA #’s must be obtained from Back Road Products through the authorized distributor the product was purchased from. Any used, opened, or freight damaged product will be refused. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns. All shipping & transportation fees are non-refundable & will not be reimbursed.
Examples of returns Back Road Products will not accept.
-Buyer’s remorse. Purchaser does not like it or has some type of issue with the product other than reasons covered under the warranty.
-Does not work with other aftermarket accessories or alterations on the vehicle. Examples would be, large fender flares or body lift kits.
-Products that have been opened or removed from original packaging.
